What The Group is About

The Upstate Group for Panic, Anxiety and Depression is a self-help support group, founded in 1999, that caters to individuals contending with disorders that fall under the umbrella of anxiety and depression. The group strives to educate members about their conditions in an effort to remit symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

Ms. Gullotta teaches group members about several different therapeutic approaches that can be used to combat anxiety and depression. Coping techniques and symptom management are some of the important components utilized to improve self esteem, which is necessary for recovery.
